Sabia Wade (she/they), is a Black, Queer, CEO, Author, Educator, Full Spectrum Doula, Spiritual Care Practitioner and expander of Black Luxury. Sabia is the founder of several reproductive justice based organizations and author of Birthing Liberation: How Reproductive Justice Can Set Us Free (now available for purchase!). As an advocate for inclusivity, equality, and access, every part of Sabia’s life’s work centers on liberation of all people through Reproductive Justice. In 2015, she was called to birth work after witnessing variance in the quality of treatment and outcome across different races of people while working in hospitals and across the medical industry and her journey has reached many since that time.
